Tooth Extraction
Certain dental problems require more complicated procedures if the teeth or gums are badly damaged due to decay, infection or injury. In instances such as these, careful tooth extraction, bone grafting and subsequent dental implant placement may be required to return an affected area to normal function.
Widsom Teeth
Wisdom teeth that erupt in an abnormal path can also often predispose the neighboring teeth, gum and bone to damage and infection. Removing these teeth before they have an opportunity to cause harm is usually recommended when a patient is in their mid teens to early 20’s.
